Mission Statement
The National Sculpture Factory is a national organisation, dedicated to artists, which advances the creation and understanding of contemporary art. Specifically, It provides and promotes a supportive environment for the making of art, opportunities for commissioning new works, collaborations, residencies, and other artistic interventions.

Vision
Our vision is that of an organisation, which reflects and initiates dynamic artistic practice, supporting and facilitating ideas, strengthening support networks for professional artists and acting as a public art resource centre. We envisage an organisation that is an integral part of and impacts on the city, county and national fabric, as well as its cultural and artistic life.

Objectives

• To support the individual vision of artists
• To foster partnerships and create international opportunities for artists and other cultural professionals
• To act as a flexible catalyst for ideas and raise awareness and debate about visual culture
• To act as a practical resource to artists and others involved in making art public (local authorities and other commissioning bodies) through providing training, information and development opportunities.
