Tara
Byrne: Director Tara has been working in the Visual Arts and arts administration sector since the early 1990’s, most recently in the Arts Council of Ireland. She has also worked in IMMA, Alternative Entertainments, the Hugh Lane Municipal Gallery and the National College of Art and Design. |

Elma O'Donovan: Administrator / Artists'
Liaison Having worked in the National Sculpture Factory for the past number of years, Elma has an extensive background in arts administration and has a Diploma in Computer and Secretarial Studies. She has coordinated a number of Percent for Art Schemes for both the private and public sectors. |

Treasa O'Brien: Programme Manager Treasa is at an exciting time in her career after working at The Butler Gallery of Contemporary Art in Kilkenny and with EV+A and the Real Art Project in Limerick. She has created special commissions for Bailey’s Cow Parade and the Westport Arts Festival and as an artist, (she is a graduate of the Limerick School of Art and Design in 2000), has exhibited in various venues in Ireland, alongside participating in residencies in Costa Rica, the Roscommon Art@Work programme and the Cill Rialaig Project in Kerry. She has contributed to Circa, the Visual Artists Newsletter, Contexts and the Irish Arts Review. |

Donal Dilworth: Technical Manager Donal's background is in metal fabrication, having learned his trade working for the Dutch shipbuilders, Verolme. He has worked throughout Ireland on various engineering projects and since joining the N.S.F., has been responsible for the technical aspects of 'Daylighting the City', Andrew Stones 'Accumulator' as well as working on 'World Events' by Tony Cragg. Donal has also worked on the installation of a Tony Cragg commission in Coburg Germany. |

| Pat Crowther: Book-keeping and accounts Patricia Crowther has worked with the NSF since 1997. She is a former company director and financial advisor and has worked in property development in Kensington, London. |

| John Booth: Technical assistant John majored in sculpture at Palomar College, in California. Since then John has worked in various trades, carpentry, engineering, electrics, giving him the wide range of technical knowledge he has today. He has worked with artists here and abroad, on many different projects. |

Gráinne Creed: Fás Supervisor for CAST Gráinne has been FÁS Supervisor since 1997 and has come from a business and enterprise background. She liases with various arts organisations in Cork City such as the Everyman Palace Theatre Co, Cork Film Centre, and the Munster Literature Centre in her role of Supervisor. |

Receptionist Catriona Finnegan is the receptionist at the National Sculpture Factory. She has a BA in Cultural Resource Management and has some years of experience working within arts administration. |
